Genom Vachtmästaren anmältes det Instrumentmakaren Ekström vore upkommen och ville sitt säte uti Academien intaga, han blef til den ändan af Hr Elvius och Hr Wallerius emottagen samt införd. Hvarefter han ingaf efter vanligheten försäkrings skriften och hölt sitt tal, som af Hr Faggott besvarades, och finnes ibland de öfrige Handlingarne uti förvar.
